Responsibilities
- Engage directly with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders for technical advisory.
- Provide outstanding customer experience by resolving technical issues promptly.
- Drive successful customer adoption through deep product understanding.
- Act as a liaison between Regional Sales and Product & Engineering teams.
- Manage customer product deployments across stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate key market and customer requirements to Product/Engineering teams.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and serve as a resource for client technical issues.
- Develop and deploy best practice technical sales and support processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong customer focus with problem-solving skills.
- Experience in engineering, sales engineering, or technical account management, preferably in mobile/internet advertising.
- Strong analytical skills for deep analysis and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with client-side scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML5 is preferred.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and databases like MySQL, Postgres is a plus.
- Experience with app development (Android, iOS), Java, .NET, Perl/Python is a plus.
