Responsibilities
- Leverage AI to explore solutions and deliver reliable production outcomes.
- Enhance productivity and automate tasks using AI-Augmented Development.
- Build backend services that streamline customer onboarding.
- Design scalable systems for end-to-end visibility in onboarding processes.
- Develop core backend systems for tenant management and onboarding orchestration.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

- Take ownership of features from design through production validation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Backend development experience with Python and/or Golang.
- Experience with AI development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
- Passion for building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong fundamentals in computer science, data structures, and debugging.
