Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent lead scoring, routing, and assignment systems.
- Develop integrations and custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Build backend services and APIs using Java and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data Science teams.
- Implement AI/ML-powered features for sales tools.
- Propose and drive engineering initiatives for the new team.
- Help define team practices and mentor future hires.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from design to release.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Java and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with Salesforce development or a strong willingness to learn.
- Solid understanding of REST API design and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL databases and familiarity with data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Experience collaborating with non-engineering stakeholders.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
