[RTC] Software Engineer (.NET)

Responsibilities
- Design and build new features and scalable solutions from the ground up.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and technical spikes to validate ideas.
- Replace outdated systems with new architecture without focusing on legacy-code maintenance.
- Perform code reviews and share engineering best practices.
- Contribute to product architecture, technical direction, and design decisions.
- Create unit, integration, and ideally component or contract tests.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, business analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineers across product teams.
- Support teammates through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Experience with AWS DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of software design principles, SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, and clean-code practices.
- Experience creating automated tests, including unit and integration tests; component or contract testing is preferred.
- Practical experience with SQL, MongoDB, NHibernate, Entity Framework, or Azure Storage.
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud solutions, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Angular 12 or later, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and Git is an advantage.
- Experience designing new systems or working on greenfield projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to share knowledge, mentor developers, and participate actively in technical discussions.
- Practical experience with AI tools.
