Base Salary
$180k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain container orchestration and supporting infrastructure.
- Develop tooling and automation to improve provisioning and operational workflows.
- Own the availability and performance of critical platform systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and drive incident response processes.
- Collaborate with global teams to operate 24/7 infrastructure.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and platform modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or software engineering.
- Advanced skills in Linux system administration and networking.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cluster operations.
- Comfortable operating on-prem infrastructure and bare-metal provisioning.
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Bash and Python or Go.
- Experience in FinTech or regulated industries is a plus.
