Base Salary
$170k - $212k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of multi-agent systems for autonomous hypothesis generation.
- Integrate multi-modal data into Natera’s transformer-based foundation model.
- Implement advanced reasoning frameworks to ensure accurate clinical rationales.
- Architect systems that convert complex data into diagnostic insights.
- Own the technical strategy and product roadmap for agentic workflows.
- Establish machine learning engineering standards for model transparency.
- Drive cross-functional alignment through rigorous peer reviews.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI research or engineering.
- Deep experience with agentic frameworks and validation frameworks for AI agents.
- Strong understanding of cancer genomics and mutational signatures.
- Advanced development experience using PyTorch and distributed training on GPU clusters.
