Base Salary

$148k - $216k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage automated CI/CD and Continuous Training pipelines for machine learning.
Containerize, deploy, and scale machine learning models as microservices or batch workflows.
Establish logging, alerting, and monitoring solutions for model performance and system health.
Provision and optimize cloud-based ML infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
Collaborate with product teams to drive infrastructure adoption and efficiency.
Implement lineage tracking for data, code, and model artifacts for compliance.
Work with data engineering to improve data pipelines for experimentation and ML.
Act as a mentor and thought leader in machine learning engineering best practices.

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, or data engineering.
At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining MLOps infrastructure.
Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with software engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and data processing platforms.
Practical experience in a major cloud ecosystem such as AWS or GCP.
Strong communication and project leadership skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
