Responsibilities
- Build agents that investigate incidents and surface anomalies.
- Write reusable skills for debugging and incident response.
- Own the agent stack end-to-end, ensuring production readiness.
- Make ClickStack effective for running AI workloads.
- Collaborate with OSS contributors and customers.
- Address challenges like latency and context window limits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 1-2 years with LLM-powered systems.
- Strong backend skills in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience building agents with multi-step tool use.
- Experience designing skills and understanding their appropriate use.
- Experience with MCP, including server building and tool design.
- Strong evals practice and SQL proficiency.
- Comfort with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Active involvement in open source and developer communities.
