Founding Engineer - Konduit

Responsibilities

Architect and build the core Konduit platform.
Deliver the MVP and onboard early customers.
Work with the CEO on product strategy and commercial goals to identify opportunities for rapid customer value.
Establish engineering best practices, infrastructure, and security foundations.
Develop the canonical data model underpinning the platform.
Integrate external data sources to power an intelligent allocation layer.

Demonstrated ability to deliver products in a technology startup environment.
Experience integrating third-party data providers and APIs in production environments.
Experience with complex data models and multi-party workflows.
Experience across full-stack web development, data analysis, and applied AI.
Willingness to experiment with new technologies and tools to drive innovation.
Experience building products in regulated or highly structured industries such as insurance, fintech, payments, healthcare, or govtech is advantageous.
Familiarity with compliance-aware system design, including auditability, permissions, data lineage, and security by default.
Exposure to marketplace, platform, or workflow orchestration systems.
Prior experience as an early or founding engineer at a startup.
