Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize core Plaud mobile application features for functionality, performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Build and maintain software-hardware connectivity and data transmission flows between mobile applications and physical devices.
- Implement and optimize data interactions across mobile apps, hardware devices, firmware, and backend systems.
- Debug and maintain complex multi-component systems and collaborate with hardware, firmware, backend, product, and design teams.
- Contribute to technical design, code quality, maintainability, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
Requirements
- Solid experience in mobile application development with strong coding fundamentals and system design capabilities.
- Strong background developing iOS, Android, or Flutter-based cross-platform applications.
- Experience building and maintaining software-hardware connectivity and data interaction layers, including BLE, Wi-Fi, and custom device communication protocols.
- Ability to debug and optimize systems spanning mobile apps, devices, firmware, and backend services.
- Collaborative mindset, end-to-end feature ownership, and willingness to apply AI technologies and AI-assisted tools to engineering work.
