Base Salary
$180k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build intuitive, polished iOS user experiences and improve pixels, animations, and interactions.
- Develop highly performant systems and optimize memory, CPU, GPU, and responsiveness.
- Drive technical and product decisions in collaboration with designers and backend, Android, and web engineers.
- Own product quality by running A/B tests, identifying issues, and making proactive improvements.
- Use user feedback and personal product experience to identify opportunities for app improvements.
- Own complex features end to end, from architecture through App Store deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Swift and UIKit.
- Deep expertise in iOS development and the Apple ecosystem.
- Track record of shipping standout apps or significant app features.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate user needs into valuable features.
- Experience optimizing performance with low-level tools, including memory, CPU, and GPU optimization.
- Experience designing and shipping intuitive, pixel-perfect mobile UIs.
- Knowledge of concurrency and reactive programming with Combine.
- Experience building high-throughput integrations with APIs or AI model outputs.
- Ability to deliver results quickly and own features from architecture to deployment.
