Base Salary
$140k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale fan-facing Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Use AI tools responsibly and securely to accelerate coding workflows, code reviews, and testing.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams across international offices to define, build, and iterate on features.
- Participate in feature scoping, A/B testing, analytics integration, and agile delivery.
- Contribute to code reviews and engineering practices that support performance, accessibility, and platform consistency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building Android applications.
- Solid Kotlin foundation and strong familiarity with Jetpack Compose.
- Experience working in agile, distributed teams and communicating proactively.
- Ability to break down problems into elegant, maintainable code.
- Interest in using AI development assistants to improve productivity, code quality, and learning.
- Openness to occasionally learning or collaborating with iOS, Web, or Go backend technologies is preferred.
- Interest in music, mobile products, and helping creators connect with audiences.
