Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability, availability, capacity, and stability of core big data, online service, and AI search systems.
- Monitor system availability and performance metrics to improve visibility and accelerate fault diagnosis.
- Improve service reliability, scalability, performance, and compliance with core system SLAs.
- Design and implement automation platforms for operating large-scale online and AI search clusters.
- Optimize AI Search and Viking service governance, troubleshoot business and performance issues, and improve high-availability architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related field.
- More than five years of relevant work experience.
- Solid computer software knowledge, including Linux operating systems, storage, and network I/O principles.
- Experience with at least one programming or automation language such as Python, Go, Java, Shell, or Ansible.
- Knowledge of at least one cloud infrastructure environment such as AWS, Volcano Engine, Aliyun, or GCP.
- Distributed systems or computing experience, including technologies such as Nginx, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack, Hadoop, Spark, or Flink, is preferred.
- Algorithmic thinking, data structures, and system design capabilities are preferred.
- Knowledge of AI Cloud, large-model-related search suggestion systems, or recommender systems is preferred.
