Responsibilities
- Monitor application systems, respond to alerts and emergencies, participate in on-call duties, conduct health checks, and optimize performance.
- Design and maintain secure, compliant operational processes and data management practices, including audit and regulatory materials.
- Manage application changes and releases through change control, version management, rollback strategies, and release-window support.
- Design and implement operational automation and optimize infrastructure resources to support scalability.
- Provide business architecture feedback and maintain operational technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above is required, with computer science or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud services products and application operations is required.
- Experience as a Senior SRE or leading a small team is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platform deployment and management, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is required.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is required.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI is required.
