Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure design and delivery for new services, roadmap initiatives, global data centre migrations, and data pipeline modernization.
- Improve reliability, performance, observability, and operational readiness across critical systems.
- Drive incident response, automation, team-level SLOs, runbooks, and DevOps performance metrics.
- Support high-availability and compliance-focused production systems and complex cross-functional projects.
- Embed with development teams and guide reliability best practices.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to build resilient and compliant services.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure-focused engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, observability, and incident response.
- Experience leading SRE strategy for large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Experience architecting and implementing cloud infrastructure for new services and roadmap initiatives.
- Proven ability to work closely with developers and improve reliability, performance, and operational readiness.
- Experience owning team-level SLOs, runbooks, and DevOps performance metrics.
- Preferred experience in fintech or another regulated industry.
- Preferred familiarity with data streaming, analytics pipelines, or financial data systems.
