Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications.
- Design and develop data integration workflows and transformations using Talend ETL.
- Extract, transform, and load data while troubleshooting and optimizing ETL jobs for performance and reliability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Talend ETL.
- Proficiency in Talend ETL and experience designing and developing data integration workflows and transformations.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL jobs for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to work in agile development environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
