Responsibilities
- Create and own end-to-end solutions integrating diverse systems, technologies, and processes.
- Design, test, and frequently ship high-quality software across a range of projects.
- Craft and refine onboarding experiences and intuitive data exploration tools.
- Integrate datastores, content repositories, and management systems with the Seismic platform.
- Build a distributed job queue.
- Collaborate with solutions architecture, operations, and engineering teams, and occasionally engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Debug complex problems across the full technology stack while upholding security, reliability, and design best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated solid design and programming skills in C#.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to maintain high software quality while avoiding excessive test-maintenance overhead.
- Strong focus on user experience and attention to detail.
- Ability to debug complex full-stack problems and apply engineering best practices for security, reliability, and design.
- Comfort working as a generalist across changing projects, technologies, and systems.
- Experience with AI agents, basic AI agent logic, LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, or agent workflows is a plus.
