Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with higher education and SLED stakeholders.
- Scope deliverable GenAI and agentic AI use cases on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, including technical feasibility, success criteria, and timelines.
- Build, prioritize, and maintain delivery backlogs for GCP/Gemini, data, and AgentOps engineering teams.
- Validate delivered solutions against scoped acceptance criteria and act as the client-facing quality gate.
- Identify education and public-sector data compliance requirements, governance concerns, security risks, and technical delivery risks.
- Advise clients on AI adoption paths based on data readiness, integration constraints, and institutional capacity.
- Own the technical client relationship and engagement outcomes while partnering with the Engagement Manager on commercial and account matters.
- Collaborate with engineering, account, and go-to-market teams to ensure delivery commitments are technically sound and repeatable.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience scoping and delivering GenAI or agentic AI solutions for enterprise or institutional clients.
- Experience in a client-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting delivering AI/ML solutions.
- Working familiarity with cloud data, compute, container or serverless compute, IAM, network security controls, and AI compliance concepts.
- Experience translating ambiguous client requirements into structured, sequenced delivery backlogs.
- Familiarity with FERPA, state privacy laws, procurement requirements, or other education and public-sector data regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading client discovery and requirements sessions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, assess delivery feasibility, manage ambiguity, and influence engineering teams without positional authority.
- Direct Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform experience is strongly preferred; deep GenAI delivery experience on AWS Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry may be considered.
- Google Cloud certification, preferably Professional Cloud Architect or an equivalent technical certification, is preferred.
- Higher education or SLED domain experience is strongly preferred.
