Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance systems to detect and prevent various forms of abuse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design protective solutions.
- Assist with response to active incidents on the platform.
- Build new tooling and infrastructure to address fundamental problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience setting up and maintaining production backend services and data pipelines.
- A humble attitude and eagerness to help colleagues.
- Self-directed with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and acquire necessary knowledge.
- Expertise in building software systems that defend against abuse.
