Base Salary
$254k - $480k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, and implement large-scale software platforms, systems, and services.
- Lead critical architectural decisions and provide technical direction for a software development team.
- Define system functionality and develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from preliminary analysis through testing and deployment.
- Build high-quality software that complies with coding standards and technical designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during rapid product development.
- Handle complex module research and development.
- Mentor senior and mid-level software engineers.
Requirements
- A master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field plus four years of related experience; or a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in one of these fields plus six years of related experience, including five years of progressive post-bachelor's experience.
- At least four years of experience managing the full release lifecycle, including development, build, testing, validation, and deployment.
- At least four years of experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed online software services using Java, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python.
- At least four years of experience maintaining and debugging software services using Unix or Linux.
- At least four years of experience designing and implementing high-throughput, fault-tolerant software service architecture.
- At least four years of experience designing and managing databases for online services using MySQL or Redis.
Benefits

- Annual salary range is $254,400 to $480,000.
