Responsibilities
- Map business and technical requirements to technology solutions for customers, prospects, field teams, and technology partners.
- Drive technical assessments, qualification, and engagement for complex opportunities.
- Build, manage, and maintain global solution labs for proof-of-concepts, demonstrations, solution validations, and testing.
- Manage the Innovation Solutions lab for customer demonstrations, partner activities, and proof-of-concepts.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and prospect evaluations.
- Design interoperability and integration solutions with adjacent technology partners.
- Train and collaborate with technical communities, technology partners, systems integrators, and services partners.
- Develop reusable solutions, collateral, whitepapers, solution guides, and compelling demonstrations with internal teams and partners.
- Explain Netskope’s business and technical benefits to senior security leaders, CISOs, CSOs, and CIOs.
- Represent Netskope as a subject matter expert at partner events, industry conferences, and user groups.
Requirements
- 10+ years of deployment experience in a similar role or technical leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, consultant, or technical marketing engineer building, architecting, or deploying security solutions.
- Experience successfully designing and deploying solutions with customers and partners, with a proven track record of helping drive revenue.
- Experience implementing cloud computing solutions involving Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Google, AWS, Box, and Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, HSM, tokenization, and encryption gateways.
- Experience with Active Directory Services, including ADFS, with Azure AD knowledge desired.
- Knowledge of XML, REST, SOAP APIs, JSON, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, security architecture, security operations, and cryptography.
- Experience designing and implementing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud services architectures.
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere, EC2, Xen, KVM, and OpenStack virtualization technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, project management, and independent judgment skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Prior early-stage startup experience and 2+ years of SaaS implementation experience are preferred.
