Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to uncover business priorities, technical challenges, and current-state architecture
- Guide healthcare customers through Zero Trust digital transformation aligned with business goals
- Identify customer pain points, change drivers, and decision criteria
- Translate customer requirements into architectures, use cases, and solution designs
- Lead strategic architecture discussions with executive and technical stakeholders
- Differentiate Zscaler through technical vision and architecture leadership
- Create high-level Zero Trust architectures and transformation roadmaps
- Assess existing environments and provide future-state recommendations and High-Level Design documentation
- Influence and mentor teammates across the organization
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese language ability
- 10+ years of experience in networking and cybersecurity
- Advanced degree or equivalent technical experience, supported by relevant industry certifications
- Deep knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and related laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong understanding of networking and security environments
- Preferred advanced certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, or equivalent
- Preferred experience in a customer-facing technical leadership or evangelist role
- Preferred cloud expertise or experience in adjacent technical domains
