Responsibilities
- Implement and support cloud and DevSecOps solutions across Azure and AWS environments.
- Design, maintain, and operate Azure DevOps pipelines, Git/GitHub workflows, and GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational tasks using Ansible Tower, EY Building Blocks, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Support containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Apply secure software development lifecycle practices and contribute to S-SDLC adoption.
- Provide operational support for incidents, service requests, and production issues using ServiceNow.
- Support incident management, resolution, system monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
- Use SQL for operational queries, reporting, troubleshooting, and solution support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on platform reliability, operational readiness, and secure delivery.
- Document technical solutions, procedures, handover materials, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree is required.
- Experience as a cyber security consultant focused on Operations, DevSecOps, and Cloud Security.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, ServiceNow, Bash, PowerShell, and SQL.
- Experience in operations, incident management and resolution, and system monitoring.
- Experience communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working under agile delivery methodology and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, self-starting, and high-pressure problem-solving abilities.
