Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues that the internal performance testing team has been unable to address.
- Analyze software development processes and system architecture to optimize performance.
- Design and execute performance testing and validation strategies.
- Conduct capacity planning for current and future system demands.
- Manage application performance and proactively detect and resolve problems.
- Lead efforts to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements across projects.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, influence and advise stakeholders, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members on performance engineering principles.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Deep expertise in software development lifecycle and system architecture performance analysis.
- Experience designing and executing performance testing and validation strategies.
- Ability to conduct capacity planning and application performance management.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong influencing, advisory, decision-making, and cross-team problem-solving skills.
