Responsibilities
- Deliver, deploy, and implement Gemini Enterprise solutions using Agent Development Kits.
- Advise strategic customers and accelerate their adoption of Gemini Enterprise.
- Identify product challenges, provide workarounds, and collaborate with engineering teams on resolutions.
- Create and deliver technical presentations and best-practice recommendations for varied stakeholder audiences.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Google Cloud Platform solution adoption for customers.
- Monitor application performance, debug agent behavior, and address customer and partner technical needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building generative AI applications, intelligent agents, or LLM-powered solutions and working directly with technical customers.
- Fluent English communication skills for client relationship management.
- Preferred experience with Agent Development Kits, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Preferred experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and connecting LLMs securely with Google Workspace and internal databases.
- Preferred experience deploying multimodal solutions using text, image, video, and voice.
- Preferred experience deploying and managing enterprise generative AI platforms, particularly Gemini Enterprise, with knowledge of security, governance, and compliance.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, serverless execution environments, virtualization, hosted services, multi-tenant infrastructures, and secure cloud networking.
