Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal sales teams and partners.
- Serve as the primary technical authority for partners, providing architectural expertise and best practices.
- Mentor partners’ SEs through live sales cycles to increase deal velocity and partner-led revenue.
- Establish clear metrics for success and foster a culture of continuous learning among partners.
- Evangelize Cribl's value pillars and coach partners on building compelling business cases.
- Ensure customers receive expert-level support from a competent local partner network.
- Drive the partner technical enablement strategy by executing workshops and coaching sessions.
- Document use cases in blog posts and enhance product documentation.
- Travel up to 50% across the APAC region to engage with partners.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zone differences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
- Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor technical teams, with experience in developing training materials.
- Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proactive mindset with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Residency in Singapore is required for this remote role.
- Experience working remotely is preferred.
