Responsibilities
- Build and evolve TENEX's internal AI platform with reusable tools and integrations.
- Collaborate with teams to identify needs that shape the AI platform roadmap.
- Own and execute against a published roadmap with predictable execution.
- Maintain and refine the AI work companion based on user feedback.
- Develop integrations between Claude and internal tools using APIs and webhooks.
- Conduct training sessions and onboarding to enhance AI fluency across the company.
- Contribute to AI governance and security tooling decisions.
Requirements
- Expertise in the Anthropic Claude ecosystem with real-world application experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in Python.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.
- Experience with sensitive data handling and AI-specific security risks.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and training.
