Solution Architect – ServiceNow & Enterprise Applications

Base Salary
$75k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader for ServiceNow solution architecture, development, troubleshooting, and technical direction.
- Define and maintain ServiceNow architectural vision, standards, governance, documentation, and platform integrity.
- Develop scripts, integrations, prototypes, reusable frameworks, workflows, automations, and enterprise solutions.
- Use Now Experience and UI Builder to create component-based workspaces and user interfaces.
- Guide implementation and use of ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and custom application capabilities.
- Support adjacent applications, Agile delivery teams, technical design reviews, upgrades, and feature evaluations.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve solution quality, troubleshooting, compliance, and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor developers and administrators on architecture, coding practices, and platform governance.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale technical solutions, including direct ServiceNow development.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong architecture experience across data, workflow, automation, integrations, and platform governance.
- Hands-on scripting experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Flows, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Technical Architect certifications.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with JavaScript, Ruby, .NET, Azure, AWS, GitHub, DevOps toolchains, Relativity, or Nuix.
