Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex product areas across the web app and Word add-in.
- Define frontend architecture, component patterns, and design-system practices.
- Own UX for redlining, clause comparison, playbook creation, and other core workflows.
- Collaborate with design to establish interaction patterns and polished interfaces for non-technical users.
- Integrate LLM features with backend and AI teams while maintaining predictable, stable UX.
- Improve performance, accessibility, reliability, and code quality.
- Mentor engineers and help shape engineering culture.
- Partner with product and founders on roadmap strategy, scoping, and delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Experience building complex, data-heavy, user-facing products.
- Strong architectural judgment and the ability to drive ambiguous problems from concept to launch.
- Track record of owning large product surfaces end-to-end.
- High standards for UI polish, edge-case behavior, accessibility, and code quality.
- Comfort collaborating closely with design and product leadership.
- Experience with Microsoft Office add-ins, LLM-powered products, or legal technology is a bonus.
