Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable frontend architectures using best practices and coding standards.
- Build the Gemini Cloud Assist chat experience in Cloud Console and enable product teams to leverage GenAI through platform integrations.
- Partner with product, design, and backend teams to align requirements, priorities, and project outcomes.
- Monitor and optimize frontend performance for a fast, responsive user experience.
- Identify and implement innovative frontend solutions and stay current with frontend technologies and trends.
- Mentor junior UI developers and provide architectural guidance and leadership on frontend design decisions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience developing scalable web applications using Angular.
- 3 years of experience coding in Java.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience with cloud technologies.
