Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
- Prototype, build, deploy, and optimize custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
- Own delivery workstreams end to end, from scoping through production deployment and customer adoption.
- Troubleshoot and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Capture deployment learnings, document best practices, and share insights with Kyndryl platform and product teams.
- Contribute feedback and code to the evolution of Kyndryl’s AI platforms.
- Continue developing expertise in emerging technologies and evolving customer requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise in Python or another modern language such as C#, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle practices, Git, GitHub, Pandas, Spark, and data engineering tools.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google AI and with distributed computing architectures.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face and relevant open-source AI repositories is preferred.
- Experience designing, building, or integrating multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, agent protocols, and coordination mechanisms is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of RAG architectures and structured and unstructured knowledge sources is preferred.
- Knowledge of system optimization and security best practices for scalable AI systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical value to diverse and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.
- Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
