Responsibilities
- Design and implement Digital Identity solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead medium to large projects and project teams while managing deliverables and critical milestones.
- Perform solution architecture and support pre-sales deal shaping.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic client relationships.
- Design and implement cloud identity, identity and access management, access governance, privileged access, and customer identity solutions.
- Develop assets, offerings, thought leadership, and training for the security practice.
Requirements
- Experienced in leading medium to large projects and project teams.
- Experienced in managing deliverables and delivering against critical milestones.
- Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales deal shaping, and strategic client relationship management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing cloud identity solutions such as Entra ID Premium.
- Proven understanding of Active Directory and legacy authentication protections including LDAP and Kerberos.
- Proven experience with modern authentication protocols and application integration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure entitlement management and decentralized identity.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
- Proven understanding of access governance approaches and processes.
- Some experience with privileged access management solutions and secrets management.
- Understanding of business, privacy, security, and compliance challenges involving digital identities.
- Understanding of modern identity approaches for securely collaborating with and managing third-party and external identities.
- Understanding of customer identity management systems, including B2C and External ID.
- Awareness of emerging technologies in the Digital Identity space.
- Experience with Microsoft platforms is preferred, though vendor background is flexible and focused training may be provided.
- Experience building Logic Apps workflows for identity lifecycle provisioning is desirable but not required.
