Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinate technical activities to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate custom software solutions into existing systems.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, productivity, and code quality.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions independently as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable system design.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project needs.
