Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to conceptualize new features.
- Understand client business needs and technical challenges.
- Build, maintain, and optimize product features for user collaboration.
- Take responsibility for team features or systems and ensure their long-term health.
- Mentor other engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Improve engineering standards, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Experience with web and mobile software product development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, SQL databases, React, and Node.js.
- Ability to write maintainable and testable code.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
