Base Salary
$90k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and assist in designing secure, reliable, scalable production software solutions.
- Write custom code and scripts for infrastructure automation, monitoring services, test cases, and destructive resilience testing.
- Configure and modify programs and commercial off-the-shelf solutions for evolving business needs.
- Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and response mechanisms to proactively identify and address issues.
- Document, review, and ensure compliance with quality and change control standards.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, product management, and other team members in product delivery and agile processes.
- Participate in learning, experimentation, team improvement, and cross-functional partnership.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
- At least 2 years of work experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a job-related field is required.
- Preferred experience includes SQL queries against relational databases, version control, front-end technologies, JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks, and object-oriented programming, preferably Java.
- Preferred experience includes relational or NoSQL databases, cloud computing, CI/CD tools, microservice-based architecture, debugging and root cause analysis, security frameworks, and unit, functional, destructive, and performance testing.
