Full Stack Engineer, Autopilot

Responsibilities
- Make architectural and technical decisions for banking and investment systems.
- Build user interfaces with React and backends with Node and GraphQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify business needs and communicate technical tradeoffs.
- Design scalable solutions aligned with long-term technical sustainability and business objectives.
- Own the Autopilot technology lifecycle from planning and development through production maintenance and optimization.
- Investigate observability, performance, user experience, and vendor integration issues.
- Help teammates grow through teaching and collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with some combination of Node, JavaScript, React or React Native, GraphQL, and Postgres or a similar relational database.
- Typescript experience is a plus.
- Understanding of observability and experience solving performance and user experience issues.
- Understanding of vendor integration challenges and the ability to investigate and resolve related issues.
- Ability to understand broader product and business objectives, address challenging problems, and lead solutions.
- Interest in continual learning and helping other engineers develop.
