Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software and machine learning components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and optimize algorithms for performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and help manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems across teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML) and experience designing and implementing scalable machine learning models.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and optimize algorithms for performance.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in machine learning projects.
- Ability to integrate machine learning components into larger software systems.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
