Responsibilities
- Partner with sales on customer engagements with prospective and existing customers.
- Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
- Provide technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Showcase custom solutions based on customer workflows and integrated applications.
- Curate structured product feedback for the Product and Engineering teams.
- Work with marketing to refine technical narratives and customer-facing materials.
- Educate the sales organization on product updates and competitive analysis.
- Document technical considerations for internal knowledge bases.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools for better results.
- Ability to understand and explain API usage for advanced workflows.
- Experience with third-party integrations for IdP/SSO, DLP, or SIEM platforms.
- Strong project management experience with complex projects.
- Growth mindset and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
