Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and ship features across core services like KYC and identity verification.
- Take primary responsibility for a defined slice of Trust's surface area.
- Make sound architectural decisions for backend services.
- Partner with product and engineering teams for smooth integration.
- Join the on-call rotation and contribute to operational excellence.
- Review code and designs, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience with end-to-end project ownership.
- Strong design instincts for backend systems and experience as a design reviewer.
- Experience in RESTful API design and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL data stores.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Proficient in AI-assisted development tools and multiple programming languages.
- Background in KYC, PII handling, or related regulated domains is preferred.
