Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Configure and customize compensation modules in Workday Core Compensation and Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- Integrate compensation solutions with broader human capital management systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve compensation application configuration issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Lead application design and development best-practice initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience, specifically including Workday Core Compensation experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation and Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- Strong expertise configuring and customizing enterprise compensation modules.
- Experience integrating compensation solutions with human capital management systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and produce technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
