Responsibilities
- Implement customer feedback, application changes, and enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve complex or escalated application issues, including crashes, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
- Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate on permanent fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor applications, identify anomalies, and optimize performance and scalability.
- Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
- Maintain compliance with GxP and applicable regulatory requirements, including audit trails and incident documentation.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, product teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Guide and groom junior team members and provide training to L1/L2 support teams.
- Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues in a knowledge base.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, and Postman.
- Working knowledge of Angular 7 or later, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft SQL.
- Familiarity with UI testing and unit testing using tools such as MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, troubleshooting, performance optimization, efficient coding, and query writing.
- Experience with code reviews, authentication and authorization, OAuth2 or OpenID Connect, and at least one service-oriented architecture project.
- Experience with Agile practices, preferably Scrum.
- MCA or bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, learning, and collaboration skills.
- Experience guiding junior team members is desirable.
