Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce CRM solutions.
  • Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flow Builder, workflows, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Design and integrate Salesforce solutions across cross-functional, multi-platform environments, including Azure-enabled systems.
  • Review, debug, and enhance application code to improve scalability, maintainability, performance, and reliability.
  • Apply software design best practices and promote secure, robust, high-quality, and supportable development standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business requirements and enterprise architecture priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM development, configuration, customization, and enterprise solution delivery.
  • Experience with Azure-enabled environments, cross-platform system integrations, or financial services technology is an asset.
  • Ability to investigate complex problems, communicate technical information clearly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
