Responsibilities
- Support customer workload migration and deployment to EdgeOne through technical assessment, solution design, planning, implementation, and verification.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet delivery milestones and service expectations.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with Tencent Cloud capabilities and business goals.
- Create migration documentation, test scenarios, solution proposals, and customer onboarding materials.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues with support, engineering, and R&D teams.
- Improve delivery frameworks and workflows and provide market, delivery, and product-gap feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical implementation, cloud delivery, or customer onboarding in a cloud or internet services environment.
- Strong familiarity with CDN, edge acceleration, and cloud security concepts.
- Working knowledge of web infrastructure and HTTP, DNS, IP, routing, and SSL.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with customers, partners, and geographically distributed stakeholders.
- Fluent business-level English and Chinese communication skills.
- Proactive, execution-driven attitude and a growth mindset.
