Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and scale cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines used by product teams.
- Develop and maintain automation for reliable and secure microservice operations and deployments.
- Own platform systems, operational workflows, and runbooks.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and MTTR.
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident root cause reviews.
- Contribute to operational design discussions, architectural decisions, tooling, and SRE frameworks.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams globally to deliver sustainable platform improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience managing public cloud infrastructure at scale across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong Linux system administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, Kubernetes, and Docker skills.
- Practical experience designing and maintaining infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus, including operational alerts and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with configuration management using Ansible, automated CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Atlantis.
- Exposure to FedRAMP compliance requirements and authorized cloud environments.
- Ability to break operational challenges into executable steps, take accountability for outcomes, navigate ambiguity, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate clearly.
