Responsibilities
- Maintain the security integrity of DLG’s environment and improve the effectiveness of security controls.
- Improve secure continuous integration pipelines while advising developers on security practices.
- Support projects and change programmes by ensuring alignment with security architecture and information security fundamentals.
- Provide technical assurance and act as a security subject-matter expert for DLG’s environments.
- Configure security platforms, improve SIEM coverage, and review and approve production changes.
- Develop technical security standards aligned with network security architecture, ISMRs, PCI/DSS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Enhance Microsoft security tools, handle incidents, fine-tune capabilities, and improve feature functionality.
- Communicate technical security concepts and project processes with suppliers, project managers, and programme leads.
Requirements
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Zero Trust, incident handling, tool fine-tuning, and improving security-tool functionality.
- Experience with vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of security architecture, technical assurance, secure continuous integration pipelines, and security controls.
- Ability to develop and enforce technical security standards and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
