Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS.
- Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout customer project delivery.
- Gather requirements and propose model training, building, and deployment strategies.
- Advise customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AWS best practices.
- Lead implementation activities while optimizing performance and managing project risks.
- Mentor colleagues, provide training, and create reusable technical artifacts.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- At least 3 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- Experience developing software in one or more programming languages, including TypeScript or Python.
- Experience with automation scripting such as Python, Perl, or Ruby.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
- Preferred master's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or a PhD.
- AWS Professional-level certifications are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures and methods such as CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, computer vision, graph neural networks, or distributed training.
- Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, SageMaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
