Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent automated systems for validating infrastructure changes and AI-powered features.
- Proactively identify edge cases, surface anomalies, and improve software quality.
- Develop internal applications that reduce critical outages and accelerate engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering partners and stakeholders to translate operational problems into scalable automation solutions.
- Integrate quality gates into automated delivery workflows and contribute to internal developer tooling or platform systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development or QA across full-stack, frontend, backend, or integrated QA roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI tools to automate engineering tasks and build automated systems.
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Swift.
- Experience with observability and logging tooling in Kubernetes-based environments.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: Swift application development experience, stakeholder requirements definition, CI/CD pipeline architecture, quality-gate integration, and internal developer tooling or platform engineering experience.
