Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain conversational flows using generative AI and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Design intent taxonomies, perform collision analysis, and improve intent precision, recall, and false-positive rates.
  • Lead LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model distillation, model evaluation, and security against prompt manipulation and data vulnerabilities.
  • Tune speech-to-text and speech-to-speech experiences and create custom entities for extracting information from speech and generative interactions.
  • Build webhooks and serverless backend services with Node.js or Python to integrate virtual agents with APIs, CRMs, and databases.
  • Implement model-serving infrastructure and scalable cross-platform AI solutions.
  • Build Golden Sets and automated regression testing, analyze BigQuery logs and telemetry, and conduct ROI analysis for AI solutions.
  • Consult with customers to deliver multi-turn conversational experiences and agentic interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work, military, or specialized training experience.
  • Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, Java, Next.js, Node.js, and React.js, along with experience creating AI agents.
  • Experience with GenAI, LLM models, MCP, vector databases, RAG, Vertex AI, and agentic AI frameworks such as NGA, ADK, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • Experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS and cloud technologies including OpenStack, Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
  • Experience with LLM observability, analytics, evaluations, testing, and annotation using tools such as LangSmith, LangFuse, Streamlit, or Arize.
  • Experience with AI/ML development.
  • Willingness to travel 25%.
  • Preferred qualifications include computational linguistics or data science experience, relevant cloud or machine learning certifications, generative and NLU design experience, and Pandas/NumPy experience for large-scale utterance-data optimization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and product-led operating models is preferred.
