Base Salary
$192k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Guide customers, partners, and internal teams in establishing technical foundations and successful ServiceNow solutions.
- Design architectural blueprints, customer roadmaps, integration strategies, technical governance, and delivery operating models.
- Ensure platform instance health, reduce technical debt, and align implementations with ServiceNow leading practices.
- Collaborate with executives, enterprise architects, platform owners, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation.
- Support presales activities by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
- Contribute expertise and leading practices across complex, multi-workflow engagements and global rollout plans.
- Mentor team members and support professional development while maintaining relevant skills and certifications.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience leading architecture and design for large programs and working with enterprise architecture.
- Experience with cloud application technology and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or IT4IT.
- Ability to independently run programs in complex environments, resolve complex issues, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- TMT and system integrator industry expertise is desirable.
- CTA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Certified and experienced in SecOps, IRM, or both is a plus.
- Experience critically considering or applying AI to work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, workflow automation, or AI-driven insights.

- Base pay is $192,000.00-300,000.00 plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
