Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive functional and non-functional test strategies and plans.
- Participate in specification, architecture, and customer reviews to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, API, and desktop applications.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD processes and produce clear test reports.
- Analyze test results, track issues, and collaborate with development teams on timely resolutions.
- Mentor team members and promote QA best practices.
- Provide stakeholders with updates on testing progress and quality milestones.
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardize QA tools and workflows.
- Participate in initiatives to improve sustainability and reduce the environmental impact of QA activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python and Robot Framework test automation.
- Experience designing and implementing maintainable keyword-driven and data-driven test suites.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Ability to produce clear test reports.
- Understanding of AI strategy and ability to advise on selecting and developing impactful AI projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, initiative, and continuous-learning skills.
